The Trustees of the Atlantic Coast Cooperative trust  ( which consists of 9 primary schools in North Devon) are looking to appoint a highly organised individual with a professional manner and effective communication skills to support its work. Duties will include attendance and minute taking at Trustee’s meeting, the preparation and electronic distribution of agendas, minutes, documents and correspondence for all meetings, maintaining an annual cycle of Trustees  business, supporting the induction of new trustees and guiding the Trust Board  on procedural matters. Discretion and flexibility, plus excellent organisational and computer skills are essential in this role.

The role is offered at with a minimum  20  hours per annum and the potential for more,  on a self employed basis,at £15 per hour   to be worked in flexibly to fit in with the cycle of the Trust Board business during the year. The ideal candidate will already be registered as self employed or will would be willing to do so,
